If you would like to set a Reverse DNS record for your Virtual Private Server, you can now do this, as of October 2026. 

 

1) Click on your VPS Service in your Client Portal, and then click 'Reverse DNS' on the left-hand pane.

2) Enter the desired hostname for the IP Address listed, then click 'Save PTR'

Updates to RDNS entries are applied instantly. However please be aware that DNS can take some time to propagate.
