We are happy to monitor your server - including performance/usage etc.
If you wish to have your server monitored, please open a Support Ticket with us and we'll send you instructions to install our agent.
We can monitor both Linux and Windows servers.
For managed customers - We will do this free of charge
For unmanaged customers - We charge £2/server/month that is monitored. Note that our monitoring will simply notify you of issues - we will not act upon them unless you subscribe to our Managed Server service.
Should you discover an issue with your server and want us to investigate on your behalf, we will invoice you at our hourly rate (min. 1 hour).
