Our portal and support systems use Gravatar - a modern Avatar system, where you can set up your own avatar for use on the web.
When you upload your image to Gravatar it will appear in our portal if you're using the same email on our portal as you are on the Gravatar service.
If you haven't heard of Gravatar but still see your picture, it's probably because you've used your image on WordPress (which uses the Gravatar service).
