Our Cloud VPS plans include 3x Backups free of charge (if you select the add-on at checkout). These are taken daily at 04:00am, and are rotated, so you'll always have the latest 3 days worth of backups.
To restore a backup, simply login to our VPS Management portal: https://vps.ukhost.cloud:4083 and follow the instructions below:
1) Click 'List VPS', then click the 'Manage' button
2) Click the 'Backups' tab, then click 'Restore'
Please note that the restoration process can take up to 20 minutes, depending on the size of your VPS.
