If you are receiving spam emails, you may want to access your personal quarantine to either release or delete the junk emails. 

 

1) Visit the Zarro Mail interface - https://mail.zarro.co.uk

2) Enter your email username and password (your username is your email address)

3) In the Mail Manager Interface, click 'E-Mail' then click 'Quarantine'

4) Within the Quarantine interface, you can select whether to deliver the specific email to your Inbox, or to 'Learn as spam and delete'

You can also do this from the quarantine notifications that you receive (if enabled)
