Managing User's DNS Records
Disclaimer: This process is only relevant if you are using the Zarro nameservers (ns1.ukhost.cloud and ns2.ukhost.cloud)
You may be used to logging into each client's account to make DNS changes. However, it's also possible as a reseller to achieve this in your reseller panel.
1) Login to your reseller hosting account, then ensure that you're using the 'Reseller' access level by clicking the Reseller tab.
2) Go to 'Server Manager' followed by 'DNS Administration'
3) You will see a list of your client's domain names in this list. You can click on any of the domain names to administer the DNS records.
4) You will see a list of pre-populated DNS entries. These are templated DNS records that ensures that your service works effectively when you set your nameservers to ours.
You can now make amendments to existing DNS records, or add new records within a single pane of glass interface, without the need to log into each client account individually.
