Customise Reseller Email Templates
When you create a new client, you have the option to email them with their account details. You have the ability to customise these email messages to suit your brand.
Modify the Email Templates
1) Login to your reseller hosting panel, and ensure that you are using the 'Reseller' Access Level
2) Go to 'Account Manager', followed by 'Edit User Message', or 'Suspension Message' - whichever you wish to edit.
3) The interface will present you with the options to modify the 'Subject' and 'Message' fields. You can customise these to your desired values.
You may wish to modify these messages to best reflect your own branding. You should take care to preserve any email variables that you wish to retain when editing the template, as this will dynamically add these values when sending the email, such as Username and Password.
