We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Client Area account.

Your account may contain sensitive information about you and the services you subscribe to, alongside any information present within Support Tickets. As such, we strongly encourage users to take preventative steps such as enabling 2FA to prevent unauthorised access to your information.

 

1) Login to your Client Account at https://my.zarro.co.uk

2) Click on your name on the top-right of the console, then click 'Security Settings'

3) Click to enable Two-Factor Authentication

4) Follow the instructions to setup 2FA on the authenticator app of your choice.
