Our monitoring systems alert our team to updates on your network.
Our team are responsible for ensuring that updates are applied in a timely fashion.
Timing for Updates
General Updates (Feature) are applied 7-14 days after they are released. This allows for any hotfixes to be released in case of bugs.
Security Updates
Where there is a critical security need for an update, these updates are applied immediately without delay.
Maintenance Windows
We operate a maintenance window as agreed with our clients. Unless emergency maintenance or updates are required, we will always respect the chosen maintenance window of our clients.
Update Deployment
Deployment of updates are mostly autonomous, within the clients' chosen maintenance window. Engineers remain available during these windows to ensure that applied updates are installed successfully and without issue.
