JetBackup - One-Off Backups

When trying to make breaking changes to a site or application, it's always a good idea to perform a backup first, that you can easily and quickly restore in the event that something breaks.

As well as our own automated backups, you can also perform one-off backups with JetBackup. These are temporary, and are automatically deleted after 30 days after they've been captured. You can store a maximum of 3 manual backups.

These manual backups are a good way of testing changes in WordPress for example, as they only take a couple of seconds to a few minutes to restore, depending on the size of your site.

Perform a Manual Backup

1) Under the 'Extra Features' tab in your hosting control panel, select 'JetBackup'
